TidyCal Lifetime Deal for Coaches: What You Get for $29
A breakdown of AppSumo's TidyCal booking tool for coaches who sell 1:1 calls: tiers, paid bookings, how it compares with a monthly scheduler, and what Indian coaches should check.

If you coach people one-on-one, a booking page is one of the first tools you need. It saves the back-and-forth of finding a time, and if it can take payment, it saves chasing people for money too.
TidyCal is AppSumo's own booking tool, sold as a lifetime deal. This post breaks down what the deal page says it includes and what to check before buying. We have not tested TidyCal ourselves. Everything below comes from the deal page and should be confirmed there before you buy.

What TidyCal is
TidyCal creates booking pages that people use to schedule time with you. According to the deal page, it supports paid calls, packages of sessions, and payments through Stripe and PayPal. Bookings are listed as unlimited on both tiers.
Because AppSumo owns TidyCal, it is a little different from most deals on the site. You are not betting on a small third-party vendor staying in business, although "lifetime" still means the life of the product.
The two tiers
Prices are at the time of writing (20 October 2026). Please confirm current pricing on the deal page: https://appsumo.com/products/tidycal/
Individual: $29
- 10 calendars
- Integrations with Google, Office 365 and iCal calendars
- Unlimited bookings
Agency: $79
- Everything in Individual
- Zoom and Microsoft Teams integrations
- 4 team members
On the deal page, TidyCal had a rating of 4.33 from 934 reviews when we checked. That is a decent number of reviews, which gives you a lot of buyer feedback to read before deciding.
Which tier do coaches need?
The big difference is the video-call integration. On the Individual tier, the deal page lists calendar integrations but not Zoom or Teams. On Agency, those are added.
If you run your calls on Zoom and want a meeting link created automatically for every booking, the Agency tier is the one the deal page describes as including that. If you use Google Meet through your Google Calendar, or you are happy to paste a standing meeting link into your booking confirmation, the Individual tier may be enough. Check with TidyCal support how meeting links are handled on each tier for your setup.
The other difference is team members. If you have an assistant or a second coach who needs their own calendar, Agency adds 4 team members.
Paid calls and packages
For coaches, this is the interesting part. The deal page lists:
- Paid calls: the client pays when they book, so you are not chasing invoices.
- Packages: you can sell a bundle of sessions, which suits coaching programmes sold as, say, four or eight calls.
Payments run through Stripe and PayPal.
The India caveat on payments
We did not see Razorpay or UPI listed on the deal page. For an Indian coach with Indian clients, that matters. Many clients here prefer to pay by UPI, and not everyone has a card that works smoothly with international gateways.
A few ways coaches handle this:
- Use TidyCal for free discovery calls and scheduling, and collect payment separately through your usual Indian gateway.
- Use TidyCal's paid booking for international clients, and a separate payment link for Indian clients.
- Confirm with TidyCal whether any Indian payment option is supported before you buy.
None of these is perfect. The point is to decide how you will collect money before you buy a tool built around payment.
TidyCal vs a monthly scheduler like Calendly
The most common alternatives are Calendly and Cal.com. Calendly's paid plans are billed as a subscription, and we have not verified current pricing, so check their pricing page directly.
The basic trade-off is simple:
- TidyCal is a one-time payment for the features on the deal page. You are not paying every month, but you get the features the product offers, not necessarily every feature a larger competitor adds over time.
- A subscription scheduler costs you every month or year, often in dollars, but may offer more integrations, routing features or support.
For a solo coach who needs a booking page, calendar sync and paid sessions, a one-time tool may cover everything. For a team with complex routing rules, a subscription product may be worth the ongoing cost. Compare the specific features you need, not the brand names.
What to check before you buy
- Your video platform. Zoom and Teams integrations are listed on Agency, not Individual.
- Your payment method. Stripe and PayPal are listed. Confirm whether that works for your clients.
- Time zones. If you coach clients abroad, test that the booking page shows the right times for them.
- Reminders and confirmations. Check how email reminders work and whether you can customise them.
- The refund window. At the time of writing, AppSumo deals carry a 60-day refund window. Set up your booking page in the first week so you can test it with real bookings.
Who TidyCal is for, and who should skip
It suits solo coaches, consultants and course creators who sell calls, need a clean booking page and want to stop paying a monthly fee for scheduling.
You can skip it if you already use a free scheduler that does everything you need, or if your clients almost all pay by UPI and you would end up collecting money outside the tool anyway. In that case, a free booking tool plus your existing payment link may be enough.
TidyCal is also a common add-on to a course-creator stack. See the best AppSumo lifetime deals for course creators for the rest of that list, and our products page for tools we recommend.
FAQ
Is TidyCal really lifetime? On AppSumo, lifetime means the life of the product. TidyCal is AppSumo's own product, but if it were ever discontinued, access would end with it.
Can I take payments in rupees through UPI? The deal page lists Stripe and PayPal. We could not confirm UPI or Razorpay support, so check with TidyCal before relying on it for Indian clients.
Do I need the Agency tier for Zoom? According to the deal page, the Zoom and Teams integrations are listed on the Agency tier ($79 at the time of writing), not the Individual tier.
Does AppSumo Plus include TidyCal? In our research, AppSumo Plus listed free SendFox and KingSumo Tier 1, not TidyCal. Plus does give 10% off orders, which would apply to a TidyCal purchase. See our AppSumo Plus breakdown.
