Best AppSumo Lifetime Deals for Course Creators Right Now

If you sell courses, the software bill adds up fast. Course hosting, checkout pages, video hosting and email can each cost a monthly fee, and most of those fees are billed in dollars. AppSumo lifetime deals offer a one-time payment instead.

This post covers five deals that were live on AppSumo when we checked on 20 October 2026. It is a buyer's guide built from the deal pages and vendor information, not a hands-on review. We have not tested these tools. Prices and tiers change often, so confirm everything on the deal page before you buy.

A quick note on the word "lifetime": on AppSumo it means the life of the product. If the product is discontinued, so is your access.

1. Acadle: a white-label academy

Acadle is a white-label LMS for running a branded academy. According to the deal page, it includes an AI course generator, unlimited courses, certificates, quizzes, SSO, and integrations with Stripe, Zapier and HubSpot.

Price at the time of writing (20 October 2026): $109 per code, against a listed price of $468. Codes stack, so 2 codes are $218, 3 are $327, 4 are $436, and you can go up to 10. Please confirm current pricing on the deal page.

Limits: the deal page lists ranges of 200 to 800 users, 10 to 40 GB of storage and 2 to 8 team members, scaling with the number of codes. Check the exact mapping for the number of codes you plan to buy.

Good fit for: cohort and academy sellers who want the platform to carry their own brand.

Watch out for: the user cap. If you already have a large student base, count how many codes you would need.

2. OnlineCourseHost.com: course site plus hosting

OnlineCourseHost.com builds an AI-assisted course website with video hosting, SCORM support and a community feature.

Price at the time of writing (20 October 2026): $99 per code, against a listed price of $780. It stacks from 2 codes ($198) up to 10 codes ($990). Confirm on the deal page.

Limits: the deal page lists 3 to 12 courses and 1 to 4 sites or domains depending on codes. Students, storage and admins are listed as unlimited.

Payments: Stripe and PayPal.

Good fit for: solo course sellers who would rather limit the number of courses than the number of students.

Watch out for: the course count. If you plan to release a lot of small courses, the cap matters more than the student count.

3. Academy LMS: for WordPress sites

Academy LMS is a WordPress plugin, so you need a WordPress site and hosting. The deal page lists AI course generation, payments through StoreEngine or WooCommerce, multi-instructor revenue share, SCORM, drip content and community features.

Price at the time of writing (20 October 2026): $59 for 1 site (listed price $1,428), $129 for 25 sites, $249 for 100 sites and $349 for 200 sites. Confirm on the deal page.

Good fit for: creators already on WordPress, and agencies building LMS sites for clients.

Watch out for: the hidden work. A plugin means you are responsible for hosting, updates and security. If you have never managed a WordPress site, a hosted platform may be less hassle.

4. Zylvie: checkout and sales pages

Deal page: https://appsumo.com/products/zylvie/

Zylvie is a checkout and sales-page tool for digital products and subscriptions, with a built-in affiliate system. The deal page describes it as commission-free.

Price at the time of writing (20 October 2026):

• Plan 1: $66.75 (listed $100). Lifetime sales cap of $250k, 1 brand, 10 products.
• Plan 2: $133.50. 5 brands and affiliates.
• Plan 3: $200.25. Custom domain, subscriptions and automations.
• Plans 4 and 5: $267 to $333.75.

Up to 5 codes stack. When we checked, the page showed a limited-time 25% discount, which explains the odd numbers. These prices may be temporary, so confirm on the deal page.

The India caveat: the deal page lists Stripe and PayPal only. We did not see Razorpay or UPI mentioned. If most of your buyers pay by UPI, this is a real limitation. Ask the vendor about Indian gateway support before you buy.

Good fit for: sellers whose audience is largely international and comfortable paying by card or PayPal.

5. KillerPlayer: branded YouTube embeds

KillerPlayer wraps YouTube videos in a branded, ad-free player for embedding in your course or site. The deal page also lists password protection and analytics.

Price at the time of writing (20 October 2026):

• $69 for 100 videos and 500K views per month
• $138 for 500 videos and 2M views per month
• $207 for unlimited

Confirm on the deal page.

Good fit for: creators who already host lessons as unlisted YouTube videos and want them to look cleaner inside a course.

Watch out for: the dependency. Your videos still live on YouTube, so your setup relies on YouTube continuing to host them the way you expect.

How these fit together

You would not buy all five. A realistic stack might be one course platform (Acadle, OnlineCourseHost.com or Academy LMS), plus KillerPlayer if you host on YouTube, plus Zylvie only if your platform's checkout does not suit you. Many course platforms already include checkout, so check for overlap first.

Two other AppSumo-owned tools often round out a creator stack: TidyCal for booking calls and SendFox for email.

India-specific checks before you buy

• USD pricing. You pay in dollars, and your bank may add a foreign-transaction markup.
• GST and invoices. Check what appears at checkout and ask your CA how to record the purchase.
• Student payments. Several of these tools list Stripe and PayPal. If you depend on UPI, confirm support first.
• Language. If you teach in Hindi, check whether the student-facing interface can be translated or customised.

Who these deals are for, and who should skip

They suit you if you already sell at least one course, you know roughly how many students and courses you will have next year, and you are paying a monthly fee you want to replace.

Skip them if you have not validated a course idea yet. A free plan or a simple page and payment link is often enough for a first launch, and you can revisit lifetime deals once you know what you need.

FAQ

Which of these is the cheapest way to start? At the time of writing, Academy LMS has the lowest entry price at $59 for one site, but it needs WordPress hosting, which costs extra. Acadle and OnlineCourseHost.com are hosted platforms with higher entry prices.

Can I get a refund if a platform does not suit me? At the time of writing, AppSumo deals carry a 60-day refund window. Set up the platform early so you can decide inside that window.

Do these platforms accept UPI? The deal pages we read mention Stripe and PayPal for several of these tools. We could not confirm UPI or Razorpay support, so ask each vendor.
