Graphy Pricing in INR Explained (2026): The Transaction Fee Nobody Mentions
Graphy pricing in INR for 2026: plan costs, the 10%/7.5%/5% transaction fee, GST and gateway charges, worked out on a ₹10,000 course.

Graphy's INR plans cost ₹24,999 (Launch), ₹49,999 (Grow) or ₹99,999 (Rise) a year. On top of that, every sale carries a 10%, 7.5% or 5% transaction fee, with a minimum of ₹10 per sale. Graphy's help centre adds 18% GST on that fee and a payment gateway charge of about 1.8% plus GST. On a ₹10,000 course sold on the Launch plan, you keep roughly ₹8,608, not ₹10,000.
Prices checked on graphy.com/pricing and Graphy's help centre on 20 October 2026. Graphy changes plans often, so confirm at checkout.

Source: Graphy pricing page. Every paid plan lists a 14-day free trial, a free Android app, custom domain, Razorpay payment gateway, and one live session at a time.
Two things on the page are worth knowing. First, the same page also shows Launch at "₹1,999 per month, billed annually" and Rise at "₹9,999 per month, billed annually". That works out to ₹23,988 and ₹1,19,988 a year, which doesn't match the ₹24,999 and ₹99,999 annual cards. Treat the checkout figure as final. Second, the page doesn't say whether the plan prices include GST.
How much does Graphy charge per sale?
Graphy takes a percentage of every sale, and the rate depends on your plan: 10% on Launch, 7.5% on Grow, 5% on Rise. Each comes with a floor: "or ₹10 whichever is higher" (pricing page). Graphy's FAQ says the fee applies to "all types of offerings", subject to occasional offers.
There are two more layers that the pricing page doesn't spell out. Graphy's help centre does:
- GST on the fee. Graphy's revenue share article describes the share as "10% + GST" and shows 18% GST added in its examples.
- Payment gateway charges. Graphy's gateway charges article (updated 24 October 2025) lists 1.8% per transaction for manual payments and ₹4 + 1.8% for AutoPay subscriptions, with 18% GST on the gateway fee.
The formula Graphy itself gives is: what you earn = what the learner paid − gateway charges − Graphy's revenue share (with GST).
One inconsistency to flag: Graphy's older revenue share example shows a ₹23.60 gateway fee on a ₹1,000 sale. That matches 2% + GST, not 1.8% + GST. The newer article says 1.8%. Ask Graphy which rate applies to your account.
Worked example: a ₹10,000 course on each Graphy plan
These figures assume an Indian buyer paying ₹10,000, the 1.8% + GST gateway rate, and 18% GST on Graphy's fee.
Launch (10%)
- Graphy fee: ₹10,000 × 10% = ₹1,000
- GST on fee: ₹1,000 × 18% = ₹180
- Gateway: ₹10,000 × 1.8% = ₹180, plus GST ₹32.40 = ₹212.40
- Total deductions: ₹1,000 + ₹180 + ₹212.40 = ₹1,392.40
- You receive: ₹8,607.60
Grow (7.5%)
- Graphy fee: ₹750, GST ₹135
- Gateway: ₹212.40
- Total deductions: ₹1,097.40
- You receive: ₹8,902.60
Rise (5%)
- Graphy fee: ₹500, GST ₹90
- Gateway: ₹212.40
- Total deductions: ₹802.40
- You receive: ₹9,197.60
That's the transaction fee nobody mentions. On Launch, about 13.9% of every sale goes to fees before your annual subscription is counted.
Why the ₹10 minimum hurts low-ticket products
If you sell ₹49 ebooks or ₹99 workshops, the ₹10 floor matters more than the percentage:
-
₹99 workshop on Launch: 10% would be ₹9.90, but the floor makes it ₹10, plus ₹1.80 GST = ₹11.80
-
Gateway: ₹99 × 1.8% = ₹1.78, plus GST ₹0.32 = ₹2.10
-
You keep ₹99 − ₹11.80 − ₹2.10 = ₹85.10, about 86%
-
₹49 ebook: the ₹10 floor alone is 20.4% of the price (₹10 ÷ ₹49). Add GST and the gateway charge and you keep roughly ₹36.
The floor applies on every plan, Rise included. If you plan to run a ₹49 to ₹99 tripwire funnel, a direct payment gateway may suit you better. We compare the options in Razorpay vs Cashfree vs Instamojo.
Which Graphy plan is cheapest for my sales volume?
Switching to a higher plan pays off once the fee you save covers the extra annual cost. Using the per-sale deductions above for a ₹10,000 course:
- Launch → Grow: extra cost ₹49,999 − ₹24,999 = ₹25,000. Saving per sale ₹1,392.40 − ₹1,097.40 = ₹295. Break-even: ₹25,000 ÷ ₹295 ≈ 85 sales a year (about ₹8.5 lakh in sales).
- Grow → Rise: extra cost ₹50,000. Saving per sale ₹295. Break-even: ₹50,000 ÷ ₹295 ≈ 170 sales a year (about ₹17 lakh in sales).
Put simply, every 2.5 percentage points of fee is worth ₹250 + GST (₹295) per ₹10,000 of sales. Below about ₹8.5 lakh in annual course sales, Launch is cheapest on fees. Between ₹8.5 lakh and ₹17 lakh, Grow wins. Above ₹17 lakh, Rise wins on fees alone. You might still pick a higher plan earlier for features like iOS apps or the API.
Does Graphy charge the transaction fee on international (USD) sales?
The global version of the pricing page lists Launch at $49/month and Rise at $125/month (billed annually), with the same 10% and 5% fees and a $0.25 minimum. Some older comparisons say USD plans carry a 0% fee. The live page on 20 October 2026 doesn't show that. Graphy's help articles don't list the international gateway rate, so ask Graphy what applies to foreign cards on your account.
Is there a free plan or a revenue-share-only option?
The current pricing page shows paid plans and a 14-day free trial, with no permanent free plan. Graphy's help centre still has an article (last modified March 2025) describing a "revenue share" model for Indian creators: 10% + GST per transaction with a one-time ₹19,999 onboarding fee (help article). It isn't on the pricing page today, so ask the sales team whether it's still offered.
What else should I budget for?
- iOS app: an add-on on lower plans per the pricing page. The price isn't published.
- Refund window: Graphy's FAQ offers a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on the subscription.
- Payouts: the FAQ says earnings are "instantly credited" to your account. Bank settlement timing isn't spelled out.
- GST on the subscription: not stated on the pricing page. If you're GST-registered, ask for a tax invoice and check input credit eligibility with your CA.

FAQ
How much does Graphy cost per year in India?
On 20 October 2026, Graphy listed Launch at ₹24,999, Grow at ₹49,999 and Rise at ₹99,999 a year, plus a custom Unlimited plan. Each plan adds a per-sale fee of 10%, 7.5% or 5%. Confirm the final amount and any GST at checkout.
What is Graphy's transaction fee?
It's 10% on Launch, 7.5% on Grow and 5% on Rise, or ₹10 per sale, whichever is higher. Graphy's help centre adds 18% GST on the fee. Payment gateway charges of about 1.8% plus GST are deducted on top.
Does Graphy's 10% include payment gateway charges?
No. Graphy's help centre lists gateway charges separately from its revenue share, and gives the formula as learner payment minus gateway charges minus revenue share with GST. On a ₹10,000 sale on Launch, total deductions come to about ₹1,392.
Is Graphy good for ₹49 or ₹99 products?
The ₹10 minimum fee makes it expensive for very cheap products. On a ₹49 ebook the floor alone is about 20% of the price. For low-ticket funnels, compare it with a direct gateway like Razorpay or Cashfree.
Does Graphy have a free plan?
The pricing page shows a 14-day free trial, not a permanent free plan. An older help article describes a revenue share option with a ₹19,999 onboarding fee. Ask Graphy's sales team whether it's still available.
